"TrafficCentral" and "TC" refer to TrafficCentral LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company that owns and operates TrafficCentral.com, TrafficCentral.net, and who has the exclusive marketing rights to the United States and Foreign Patent Pending Technology used to run each TC Node in the TC Network

"TrafficCentral Network" and "TC Network" refer to the TC Network as it is defined in the Terms and Conditions

"TCFLUSA" refers to TrafficCentral LLC, an owner of this TrafficCentral LLC Network Node license, and also the owner of this website

"The Sites" refers to the TrafficCentral Network Node owned and operated by TCFLUSA, including Moodly.com, Moodly.net, TrafficCentral.com, TrafficCentral.net, Moodsy.com, Moodsy.net, Moodzil.com, Moodzil.net, Moodland.com, Moodland.net, MoodAsia.com, MoodAsia.net, HostingArts.com, HostingArts.net Internet web sites and any other websites owned by TCFLUSA that are part of the TrafficCentral Network

"TC Sites" refers to TrafficCentral.com, TrafficCentral.net, URLPump.com, WarpBot.com, UniversalProtector.com, UniversalProtector.net, and/or any other websites owned by TrafficCentral that are part of the TrafficCentral Network.

"TC Service Sites"-refers to sites owned and operated by TrafficCentral LLC that may interact with the Sites, or any part of the TrafficCentral Global Network, that are subject to this Agreement in addition to the specific Terms and Conditions or Terms of Use posted at each Service Site. In some cases, the access, usage, or login, information to access the Service Sites may be provided for fee or as a courtesy from the Sites, TC Nodes, or TC Programs, within the TrafficCentral Global Network. Access and use of such sites will be deemed acceptance of the Service Site's Terms of Use and or other conditions posted locally at the Service Site, as well as by this Agreement.

"We" refer to TrafficCentral and The Sites.

"You" refers to any Member, Purchaser. Participant, Affiliate, Reseller, Node Owner, or other individual or entity who has any interest in  or who is currently,  purchasing, joining, participating in, responding to, following, or adhering to any program, strategy, or information owned, operated, licensed, provided, and/or offered by either TCFLUSA or TrafficCentral on the Sites or on the TC Sites.

"TC Programs" refers to any and all of the TrafficCentral Programs offered by the Sites, including, but not limitied to, PaidToWarp™, WarpBots™, HumanPump™, BonusBank™, BonusBox™, GeneriBot™, TC Business Opportunities, and any and/or all other strategies through which You may earn any commissions, monies, or credits (whether such credits are convertible to cash or not) offered through the Sites

"The Programs" refers to any non-TC Program or strategy, whether free or fee based, that is owned, operated, licensed, provided, and/or offered by TCFLUSA, through which You may earn any commissions, monies, or credits (whether such credits are convertible to cash or not) at the Sites, including, but not limited to, the TCFLUSA Reseller Program and the TCFLUSA Affiliate Program

"The Information" refers to the content of the Sites and the content of the TC Sites, and any ebooks, articles, reports, or newsletters published by TCFLUSA or TrafficCentral on the Sites or the TC Sites that suggests, states, implies, or discusses, in any way, the earning of commissions, monies, or credits through The Programs, TC Programs, or other strategies

Neither We, TCFLUSA, nor TrafficCentral, make any implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, or guarantees whatsoever, in any manner of speaking, in whole or in part, that by purchasing, joining, participating in, responding to, following, or adhering to The Programs, any TC Programs, or The Information, that You will earn any money whatsoever (or whatever the content in question may appear to imply such as the earning of advertising credits in certain instances).

Any earnings or income statements, or any earnings or income examples, are only estimates of what we think You could earn. There is no assurance You will do as well as stated in any examples. If You rely upon any figures provided, You must accept the risk of not doing as well as the information provided. This applies whether the earnings or income examples are monetary in nature or pertain to advertising credits which may be earned (whether such credits are convertible to cash or not).
