Moodly warrants its ExpressPods hardware devices for 12 months from the date of delivery, for any defects in material or workmanship as well as for any failures related to normal product use.
Moodly agrees to remedy any product defect or failure as outlined above, or at its discretion, replace any component or part of the product. The customer is to ship the product to Moodly. To obtain warranty service, the owner must first contact Moodly to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution.
The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by environmental conditions, misuse or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. If Moodly determines the defect is due to the above, the customer can return the product for repair or a new replacement to be provided and the owner will be invoiced accordingly.
